Rotation System: Premium bronze bushings for a smooth, reliable spin.
Durability Rating: F6-R (Highly resistant to fatigue).
Origin: Made in the USA.
Enhanced Performance Benefits
Best In Class Durability: Featuring Rogue Work Hardening (RWH™), this bar is engineered to withstand the repeated overhead drops common in functional fitness.
Quieter Operation: Precision-machined bronze bushings fit tighter around the shaft, reducing axial and radial float. This results in a 2X quieter bar with a more stable, "connected" feel during lifts.
Optimum Whip: The quality U.S. steel is selected to provide the ideal amount of whip for Olympic movements while remaining stiff enough for powerlifting.
Maintenance and Care
Zinc is a durable finish, but it is not rust-proof. Regular maintenance will preserve the bar's appearance and spin.
Dry Brushing: Use a nylon bristle brush to regularly remove chalk, sweat, and dead skin from the knurling.
Deep Cleaning: If debris is stubborn, apply a small amount of 3-in-1 oil and brush it into the knurl. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
Lubrication: The bronze bushings are self-lubricating, but a drop of 3-in-1 oil can be applied to the sleeve-to-shaft interface if the spin begins to feel restricted.
Sleeve Care: Zinc coatings will eventually show wear (scratches/chips) from metal-to-metal contact with plates. To slow this process, Rogue recommends using J-cups with plastic liners.
Warranty Information
The Bella Bar 2.0 is backed by a Lifetime Warranty against construction defects and bending.
Coverage: Covers the original purchaser against material and workmanship defects.
Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, and damage caused by negligence or improper use (e.g., dropping the bar on a bench, safety pins, or iron plates) is not covered.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Is the Bella Bar just a smaller Ohio Bar? A: Effectively, yes. It shares the 190,000 PSI steel and dual knurl marks of the Ohio Bar but is scaled to a 25mm diameter and 15KG weight to meet women's competition standards.
Q: What is the F-Rating? A: The F-Rating (F6-R) is a measured representation of the barbell's fatigue resistance. It predicts the bar's lifespan based on functional testing (overhead drops). This bar is rated to last over 12 years in a high-volume CrossFit gym.
Q: Can men use the Bella Bar? A: Yes. Many male athletes with smaller hands prefer the 25mm shaft of the Bella Bar for a more secure grip, particularly on movements like heavy deadlifts or snatch work.
Q: Does it come with a free trial for Rogue Move? A: Yes. Purchase includes a 30-day free trial to the Rogue Move subscription service.
