Holiday Return Period
In light of the Holidays, we'll extend our Returns policy beyond the typical 30 days as long as the product is still in new and unused condition.
This grace period will end at the end of January.
Gift Return Policy
If a customer wants to initiate a return or exchange, but does not have the original order information, They can follow the steps below:
1. Please include a note in the returning package with the below information:
- Name of original purchaser
- Your name
- Your email
- Your phone number
2. For exchanges, please also include:
- The size / color you would like to exchange for
- Your shipping address
3. Please mail the item back to our address below:
