Customization Options (ZEUS)
The Custom Ohio Bar offers the most extensive range of aesthetic choices in the Rogue lineup:
Shaft Finish: Choose from a vast array of Cerakote colors (solid or camouflage) or high-grade Stainless Steel.
Sleeve Finish: Options include Cerakote (matching or contrasting), Chrome, or Proprietary Matte Black.
Personalized Graphics:
Shaft Text/Logo: Add a gym name, slogan, or custom image/logo to the center of the shaft.
Sleeve Collar Text: Add text to the sleeve collars (Note: Available only on Cerakote sleeves; not Chrome).
Bushing Finish: Customize the look of the bushings visible at the sleeve-to-shaft interface.
Maintenance and Care
Custom finishes require specific maintenance to keep the graphics vibrant and the mechanical parts functional.
Regular Brushing: Use a synthetic (nylon) bristle brush to clear chalk and debris from the knurling after use. Important: NEVER use a steel brush on Cerakote or Stainless Steel, as it will damage the finish or contaminate the metal.
Cleaning: Apply a light coat of 3-in-1 oil to the knurl periodically and wipe dry with a clean cloth.
Lubrication: Bushings are self-lubricating, but a drop of 3-in-1 oil at the sleeve interface can assist if rotation begins to feel restricted.
Racking: To preserve the custom finish and graphics, Rogue recommends using J-cups with plastic liners rather than bare steel contact.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Can I put my own logo on the bar? A: Yes. The ZEUS tool allows you to upload custom images via the dropdown menu to be branded onto the center of the shaft.
Q: Is the stainless steel version worth the upgrade? A: Stainless steel offers the absolute best rust resistance and the truest knurl feel. If you train in a humid environment or prefer a "bare metal" grip, it is the premier choice.
Q: Can I rack this bar in a standard power rack? A: Yes. It is a full-length 86.75" barbell and is compatible with all standard Rogue power racks, squat stands, and rigs.
Q: What is the F-Rating? A: The F-Rating represents the bar's resistance to fatigue. The Custom Ohio Bar is rated for heavy daily use in both home gyms and high-volume commercial environments.
