Performance Benefits
Maximum Stability: The 29mm diameter and 200K+ PSI steel ensure virtually zero flexion, making it the premier choice for the "Big Three" lifts: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift.
Cerakote Durability: The ceramic-based Cerakote finish offers up to 100X the corrosion resistance of standard black zinc, perfect for home gyms in humid environments.
Aerospace-Level Precision: Friction-welded collars and precision-machined bushings ensure 2X quieter performance and a stable, "connected" feel during the lift.
Personal Identity: ZEUS technology allows you to represent your team, school, or personal brand on world-class equipment.
Maintenance and Care
Proper upkeep ensures the longevity of both the finish and the mechanical components.
Regular Brushing: Use a synthetic (nylon) bristle brush to clear chalk and debris from the knurling after use. Important: NEVER use a steel brush on Cerakote or Stainless Steel, as it will scratch the finish or contaminate the metal.
Cleaning: Apply a light coat of 3-in-1 oil or high-quality machine oil to the knurl periodically, brush it in, and wipe dry with a clean cloth.
Bushing Care: If the rotation begins to feel sluggish, a drop of 3-in-1 oil can be added to the sleeve-to-shaft interface.
Racking: To preserve the custom finish, Rogue recommends using J-cups with plastic or rubber liners.
Important Order Information
Lead Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for custom assembly in addition to standard shipping transit times.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Can I use this for Olympic Weightlifting? A: No. The 29mm shaft is very rigid (no whip), and the aggressive center knurl and shaft texture will be uncomfortable for high-rep cleans or snatches. This is a dedicated powerlifting bar.
Q: Does the Cerakote finish make the knurling less aggressive? A: Cerakote is a very thin-film coating (~0.001"). While it is a coating, Rogue's application ensures that the aggressive peaks of the power knurl remain functional and grippy.
Q: Can I rack this bar in a standard power rack? A: Yes. It is a full-length 86.52" barbell and is compatible with all standard Rogue power racks, squat stands, and rigs.
Q: What is the F-Rating? A: The F-Rating is a measure of fatigue resistance. This bar is rated to outlast 50+ years of heavy lifting in a commercial powerlifting facility.
