PROLOC™ Strongman Collars are specialized weightlifting collars engineered specifically for the narrower diameters of strongman implements and specialty bars. While standard Olympic collars are designed for 2" (50.4mm) sleeves, these collars are precision-adapted for bars with a 1.9” diameter. Made in the USA from the same high-strength nylon as the original PROLOC™ 1, they provide a consistent, "locked-on" hold during the most intense strongman training regimens.

Maintenance and Care
Thread Maintenance: Periodically check the adjustment knob threads for chalk or dirt. Clean threads ensure the knob remains easy to turn by hand.
Cross-Threading Prevention: The 2-year warranty does not cover damage caused by the disassembly of the knob or incorrect replacement that results in cross-threading.
Cleaning: Wipe the nylon body with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish or the PROLOC branding.

Q: Will these fit my Rogue Ohio Bar or Bella Bar? A: No. These are too small for standard 50mm Olympic sleeves. For standard barbells, use the Rogue PROLOC™ 1 Collars.
