The Rogue Monster Lite J-Cup Pair provides a heavy-duty, secure docking point for barbells on any Monster Lite power rack, rig, or squat stand. Manufactured in the USA from laser-cut and precision-bent 3/8-inch plate steel, these J-cups are engineered to handle extreme loads while protecting both your equipment and your safety.
Core Features and Design
The standard Monster Lite J-cups are designed specifically for 3x3" uprights with 5/8" holes. Each unit features a 2.5-inch rackable depth, providing a stable pocket for the barbell to sit in without the risk of it rolling forward. To preserve the lifespan of your barbells, the face of each cup is lined with UHMW plastic inserts. This material acts as a buffer, preventing the steel of the J-cup from coming into direct contact with the knurling of the bar, which helps prevent premature wear and rusting.

Alternative Monster Lite Options
For athletes looking for specific ergonomics or enhanced protection, Rogue offers two additional tiers of J-cups for the Monster Lite series:
1" Sandwich J-Cups: These feature a narrower 1.5-inch width, which provides more clearance for the athlete’s hands when gripping the bar for bench presses or overhead work. They include extended plastic lining that reaches the top of the back plate, further reducing the chance of metal-on-metal contact during a high re-rack.
2" Sandwich J-Cups: This premium model features a 2-inch wide machined plastic core. The hardware is fully recessed within the plastic, ensuring that the bar or the user’s hands never scrape against bolts or welds. It also includes protective plastic on the clasp and back plate to prevent the uprights of the rack from being chipped or scratched.
Compatibility Note
These accessories are designed exclusively for use with Monster Lite units. They are not compatible with the Monster Series (1" pins) or the Infinity/Echo Series (2x3" tubing). For those with multiple lifting stations, having an extra pair of J-cups allows for a more efficient workout by keeping separate heights preset for squats and bench presses.
