Overview
The Rogue Bench Prop (Monster Series) is a specialized, quick-attach crossmember designed to ensure a weight bench is perfectly centered and securely positioned within a power rack every time it is used. Developed in collaboration with renowned trainer and powerlifter Brandon Campbell Diamond, the Bench Prop eliminates the guesswork of bench alignment, allowing athletes to focus entirely on their lift. It functions as a stable "docking station" for the front leg of various Rogue benches.

Enhanced Stability: Once the bench is "propped," it is restricted from sliding or shifting during heavy sets, providing a more secure platform for maximal effort attempts.
Efficiency: Drastically reduces the setup time between exercises by providing a physical stop for the bench.
Optional Spotter Decks: Can be upgraded with diamond-tread Spotter Decks (sold separately) to provide spotters with superior leverage and traction during assisted lifts.
Maintenance and Care
Plastic Liner Care: Periodically inspect the UHMW plastic liners for debris or grit. Clean with a dry cloth to ensure the bench and rack finishes remain scratch-free.
Hardware Inspection: Regularly check that the detent pins are engaging fully. Ensure the internal spring mechanism of the pin is clear of dust or chalk buildup.
Cleaning: Use a damp cloth with mild soap to wipe down the powder-coated steel surfaces. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may dull the Satin Black finish.
Bolt Tension: For the center channel (which is bolted to the crossmember), ensure the 5/8" hardware remains tightened to prevent any play in the bench dock.
Warranty Information
Limited Lifetime Warranty: As part of the Rogue Monster Series, the structural steel and welds are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the original purchaser.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on UHMW plastic components, the powder coat finish, or damage caused by improper installation or negligent use.
