There are two distinct models available. These are not interchangeable and must be selected based on your specific barbell:
CB-4 Bar Block: Features a larger cup profile designed specifically for the 38mm Rogue CB-4 Camber Bar.
Duffalo Bar Block: Features a smaller cup profile designed specifically for the 32mm Kabuki Strength Duffalo Bar.

Installation Instructions
Tools Required: Non-stainless pin versions require a 5/32" and 3/8" Allen Wrench. Stainless pin versions require a 5/16" Allen Wrench.
Process: 1. Remove the existing roller or plastic insert hardware from the Ghost J-Cup 2.0. 2. Slide the Camber Bar Block into the frame. 3. Important: Ensure the chamfer (beveled edge) of the block is facing the outside of the J-cup. 4. Reinstall the hardware (ensure the thin washer is replaced if applicable) and tighten securely.
Maintenance and Care
Inspection: Periodically check the articulating pivot point to ensure it moves freely and is clear of chalk or debris.
Cleaning: Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could score the UHMW surface.

Q: Will the Duffalo block work for the CB-4 bar? A: No. The 38mm diameter of the CB-4 is too large for the Duffalo block. Conversely, the 32mm Duffalo bar will fit loosely in the CB-4 block, which may allow for unwanted movement.
Q: Do I lose the "roller" functionality? A: Yes. By installing these blocks, you are replacing the roller. These are designed for stability and fixed positioning rather than side-to-side bar adjustment.
