Rogue Zeus is a suite of interactive customization and layout tools designed to help athletes and facility owners personalize their equipment and visualize their training spaces. From individual custom-branded bumpers and barbells to a full-scale 3D gym builder, Zeus provides the technical capability to design high-performance gear and environments before placing an order.

Zeus Service Modules

The Zeus platform is divided into four primary customization categories:

1. Custom Bumpers (Zeus Custom)

  • Description: Personalize Rogue Bumper Plates with custom text, colors, and graphics.

  • Usage: Ideal for CrossFit® affiliates, professional teams, or home gym owners who want unique branding on their weight plates.

2. Custom Barbells (Build-A-Bar)

  • Description: Select the shaft finish, sleeve finish, and personalized text or logos for Rogue barbells (e.g., The Ohio Bar).

  • Usage: Create a one-of-a-kind bar that fits your specific aesthetic and grip preferences.

3. Custom Knee Sleeves

  • Description: Choose colors and personalized logos for Rogue branded knee sleeves.

  • Usage: High-performance support gear tailored to individual or team branding.

4. 3D Gym Builder

  • Description: An advanced layout tool that allows you to turn a room plan into an interactive 3D model.

  • Key Features:

    • Drag-and-Drop: Use actual Rogue equipment (racks, rigs, benches, conditioning machines) as your "puzzle pieces."

    • Custom Dimensions: Input your specific room height, width, and obstacles (doors, windows).

    • Real-Time Visuals: View your layout from any angle to ensure equipment spacing and clearance are correct.

Getting Started with Zeus

To use the Zeus tools effectively:

  1. Navigate: Visit Rogue Zeus and select the specific module (e.g., Gym Builder).

  2. Design: Use the on-screen controls to add, move, and rotate equipment.

  3. Save/Share: Once your design is complete, you can save the layout to your Rogue account or share it with the Rogue Custom Quotes team for a formal equipment proposal.

  4. Finalize: Custom items (bumpers, bars) can often be added directly to your cart, while 3D gym layouts are typically converted into a Custom Quote.

Important Policy Notes

  • Return Policy: Items created through the Zeus platform (Custom Bumpers, Build-A-Bar, etc.) are non-returnable and cannot be canceled once they enter the production stage.
