Shipping Information
International and Non-Contiguous US
Global Shipping: Rogue ships worldwide. Customers outside the Lower 48 States may be contacted for additional shipping costs after placing an order.
Customs & Fees: International customers are responsible for all customs fees.
EU Customers: For orders over €150, customers pay customs fees at the border. For orders under €150, Rogue collects VAT and Duty at checkout.
Canada & APO: Use the dedicated Rogue Canada or Rogue APO stores to receive accurate shipping quotes.
Expedited Shipping
Processing: Orders placed before 3 PM EST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day.
Delivery: Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday–Friday). No Saturday deliveries are available for expedited shipping.
Payment & Financing
Accepted Payment Methods
Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Digital: Apple Pay, PayPal.
Financing: Affirm, PayPal Credit.
Rogue Gift Cards: Can be used to split payments across multiple credit cards (by purchasing gift cards with each credit card first).
Security & Privacy
Encryption: Rogue uses Authorize.net for secure payment processing. No personally identifiable credit card information is stored on Rogue's servers.
$0.01 Hold: A temporary one-cent hold may appear when storing a new card to verify validity; this is not a permanent charge.
Common Checkout Troubleshooting
"Pick Up Only" Error: Ensure both the State/Province and Postal/Zip Code are entered correctly. Refresh the page if the error persists.
"Gateway Error": This indicates incorrect card details or a bank decline. Verify the billing address, expiration date, and purchasing limits.
Empty Cart Issue: This is typically caused by disabled browser cookies. Ensure cookies are enabled to allow the site to track your selections.
Shipping Promotions: Valid only in the 48 contiguous United States and exclude expedited shipping methods.
