The Suggestion: A detailed description of your idea.
Policy Acceptance: You must check the "I agree to the Terms of Submission" box for your entry to be considered.

By submitting an idea through the Rogue Suggestion Box, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
No Obligation: Rogue is under no obligation to review, develop, or pursue any unsolicited submission.
Confidentiality: Rogue assumes no obligation of confidentiality. Any idea sent is treated as non-confidential information.
Compensation: Rogue is not obligated to pay or provide any compensation for ideas submitted through this channel.
Prior Development: Rogue may already be working on, or have previously considered, ideas similar to your submission.
No Interference: Rogue remains free to develop, acquire, or market products competitive with those offered or suggested by you.
Intellectual Property: You represent that you have the unrestricted right to submit the idea. Rogue assumes you will rely on your own patent or legal protections for any ideas you share.
Legal Information
Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and US intellectual property laws.
Statute of Limitations: Any legal actions under this agreement must be brought within one year of the cause of action.
Waiver of Jury Trial: All parties waive their right to a jury trial in any resulting litigation.
