Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Curbside Pickup: Available for most items. Select the "Pick-Up" option during checkout. Once notified, you must schedule a pickup appointment (available Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Sat 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship? In-stock parcel items ship the same day if ordered before 3 PM EST. Freight orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Refer to your confirmation email for specific lead times.
Can I modify my order? Currently, Rogue cannot combine orders or add/remove items once an order has been placed.
How do I track my order? Use the Rogue Shipping Tracker with your order number and email.
Returns & Refunds
How do I start a return? You can return or exchange unused items in new condition within 30 days of delivery. Visit the Returns Portal to begin.
When will I see my refund? Once a return is processed, please allow up to 3 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
