Rogue Fitness is committed to providing high-quality equipment and customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Policy Details
Timeline: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused and in new condition.
Packaging: All items must include their original packaging. Items returned incomplete or without original packaging may be denied a refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
Final Sale items.
Zeus custom items and made-to-order products.
Closeout, Boneyard, and used items.
Rx Jump Ropes, face coverings, and gift cards.
Shoe Returns: Shoes returned without the original shoebox or with the shipping label affixed directly to the shoebox are subject to a $10 fee.
How to Process a Return
Initiate: Use the Online Returns/Exchange Form to generate a Return Authorization.
Pack: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original box.
Ship: Send the authorized return to the following address:

Fees and Refunds
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: * CONUS 48 Customers: Responsible for return shipping only for most items. Oversized or freight items will incur additional return shipping costs.
Outside CONUS 48: Responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Refund Method: Refunds are typically issued to the original form of payment.
Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for the return to be processed once it reaches our facility.
Cancellation Policy
Eligibility: Orders may only be canceled before they enter the "Processing" stage. Once an order is processing, it cannot be canceled.
Method: To request a cancellation, you must Contact Us immediately.
Full Cancellation: Only entire orders can be canceled; individual items within an order cannot be removed.
Tracking: You can monitor your order's progress via the Rogue Shipping System. If the order is past the processing stage, it must be received and then returned following the standard return policy.
